Came in today for service in my '13 Acura TL. I have to say I was most pleasantly impressed with the service from beginning to end. From the check-in consultant - who was prompt, courteous and efficient. To the parts department, helpful and attentive. To the courtesy van driver - friendly, courteous and patient. He was also an efficient scheduler . My service writer, Josh and the manager Phil both ensured my vehicle was done on time and I was kept informed.  My quotes were fair and reasonable.  There was no sales pitch to get something I don't need.   Secured my loyalty again . Nice job guys from start to finish.

I just had my car detailed... - *****

I just had my car detailed at Hopkins Acura in Fairfield and my 6 yr old car looks brand new again! I'm always impressed with the service department here, but this was my first experience getting my car cleaned at the dealership. Daniel the Detail Manager told me about the Winter clay bar wax and detail special. He assured me it would be nice inside and out. They did not disappoint. It looks amazing! I'm very happy. There's not a speck of dust to be found on the dash or vents and that back window dash, that's so hard to reach - they got it! My car looks and feels like new!

I was the owner of an Audi A5 and due to the increase in my family I decided to trade it in and purchase an Acura RDX. Let me say that the folks at Hopkins Acura are fantastic! Friendly and great customer service. The dealership is clean and very welcoming. I worked with Pete (Sales) and Matt (Manager) and they were able to work with my budget. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the moment I walked in to the dealership until I drove out in my new car. I have also received emails and from everyone I worked with inquiring if I have any questions and  enjoying my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks so much guys!

Had the best experience ever... - *****

Had the best experience ever working with Reggie J. of Acura at Hopkins of Fairfield.  He turned a horrible situation into a great one!  Talk about silver lining!  My daughter was in an accident and totaled my household only car (Honda Accord).  I was already planning on buying her a Honda Civic and buying myself an Audi Q7.  I contacted Reggie J. and purchased the Honda Civic as planned.  I bragged to him about the Audi Q7 and he was very impressed but asked if I would like to test drive the Acura MDX.  No pressure was given no persuasion, the car sold itself.  I then purchased the Honda Civic as well as the Acura MDX (Advanced Package) on the same day!  Just for those interested, both cars were less than the price of the Audi Q7 and I am very, very happy.
